What is the Order Cut-off Time for Same Day Dispatch?

Courier Shipments:

• Order by 3pm Monday-Friday for same-day despatch

Royal Mail 2nd Class Shipments:

• Order by 4pm Monday-Friday for same-day despatch

What Happens If I Place My Order At The Weekend?

• All orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday, providing the items are in stock

• Orders with a value over £180.00 qualify for FREE Standard Delivery!

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

• Delivery times depend on which shipping option is selected at checkout
• Royal Mail 2nd Class usually takes around 3 working days
• Standard Courier Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days
• Premium Delivery Options are also available, details can be found here

Delivery times quoted are those given by the couriers we use, they may vary by exception, which is out of our control and in exceptional circumstances the couriers also extend delivery timescales.

What If Some Of My Order Is In Stock And Some Is Not?

• In these cases we will split-ship your order to ensure you have each item as soon as possible
• If you would prefer to wait until your order is complete so that it all comes in one delivery, please let us know in the delivery instructions at checkout

What Does "Extended Area" Mean?

• Unfortunately due to additional costs from our service provider, we have to charge a higher delivery fee for out-of-area postcodes
• These are typically the Highlands and Islands
• If this is applicable to you, you will see this charge when you enter your postcode at checkout
